In fact, all of the eight UGC-funded university libraries in Hong Kong will be switching to the same new system. This is the largest collaborative project ever to be undertaken by the UGC libraries. One advantage of having a shared integrated library system is that it will become easier to discover resources beyond your own library.

Non-UGC funded university libraries (i.e. Open University of Hong Kong and Shue Yan University) will not be affected.
