Q. What should I do if I lost my JULAC card ?

If you lost your JULAC card, please report loss to the User Services Counter on Level 3 of the Main Library in person as soon as possible.  The Library will stop anyone from borrowing books in your name.

You can also apply for a replacement card at the User Services Counter, and the replacement fee is $50.
