Turnitin is an academic plagiarism checker that is used at schools and universities around the world.
At HKBU, Turnitin is integrated into the University's e-learning platform (BU Moodle).
A Turnitin Assignment needs to be set up by your professor on Moodle first before you can use it in the process of submitting your assignment. If necessary, please ask your professor regarding the availability of Turnitin on your Moodle course site.
If your professor has not set up a Turnitin assignment, the Library can provide access to a practice assignment. Please contact us directly for more information.
You can also refer to the BU eLearning page for additional information (under Anti-Plagiarism in the Additional eLearning Tools section).
