Q. I can't access a Library database. Why is that?

Some of our databases allow a limited number of concurrent users.

If you see a message such as "Access is denied" or "Sorry, this database is in use", it is likely that the number of people using the database has reached the maximum number allowed. You may try accessing the database again a little later.
