To cancel holds that you have placed, first log in to your “My Account” on the Library homepage.
Click on the REQUESTS tab, you can cancel the requested item by clicking the button CANCEL:
Please note: HKALL requests cannot be cancelled, if the user do not want the book, just ignore the pick up notification.
