There are two main reasons for ILL requests not being filled:
- Unfortunately, sometimes none of our partner libraries will have the item that you requested. In such cases, ILL requests cannot be filled.
- Sometimes, HKBU Library already owns the requested item in print format. In such cases, you will need to refer to the hard copy, which you may photocopy or scan.
