Q. Why was my Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request cancelled?

There are two main reasons for ILL requests not being filled:

1. Unfortunately, sometimes none of our partner libraries will have the item that you requested. In such cases, ILL requests cannot be filled.
2. Sometimes, HKBU Library already owns the requested item in print format. In such cases, you will need to refer to the hard copy, which you may photocopy or scan.
