The most likely cause of this problem is if you already had an ORCID account prior to receiving our invitation, but you had forgotten your password. After completing the password recovery process, you will be logged into ORCID but the connection with the HKBU system will not be complete.

You will need to go back to the invitation e-mail and click on the Create/Connect button again in order to complete the process.

If you reset your password without completing the connection process, our system will not be updated. Therefore, reminder e-mails will be continue to be sent to you.
