Q. I was asked for a product key during installation of Endnote ?

Please ensure to download the EndNote installation files via the HKBU Library webpage first. 

For Windows version, remember to extract (unzip) two files to the same folder before running the EndNote installer.

The product key is embedded in the license.dat file, so you are not required to enter the product key during the software installation progress.
