Q. How to cancel a Held Book Delivery Service order request?

1. Login to your borrower account;
    
2. On the “Request” tab, click the “HELD BOOK DELIVERY” link.
    
3. Go to “My Selection” and click “X” for the order entry you would like to cancel.
    

Any request for order cancellation must be made before the payment is made.
