When your requested items are ready to collect, a pick-up notice will be sent to the e-mail address that is on file for you at the Library. This includes HKBU Library items and items from other Hong Kong libraries requested via HKALL.
Patrons are reminded to regularly check their e-mail for notices from the Library. For HKBU staff and students, the default e-mail address is your University e-mail account.
You may also use My Library Account to check when your book will be ready for pickup. Instructions on how to access My Library Account are available here.
Once logged in, you can click the REQUESTS tab to view the status of items you have requested:
